At Crossland, we want your loved one to feel relaxed, valued, and provided for. As such, we offer a full range of services to keep their day-to-day supported, safe, and fulfilled. This includes:
- 24-hour Care: Monitoring and care, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Live-in caregivers. Regular in-house physician care, including medication management and monitoring. Well-balanced, nutritious meals, 3x a day.
- Personal Wellness: Respectful bathing and personal care. Scheduled on-site beautician services. Regular linen and room-cleaning services.
- Community Building and Support: Welcoming and serene common areas. Holiday and seasonal seasonal parties for residents and their families. Scheduled transportation. Regularly arranged activities and outings.
- Essential Ammenities: Wi-fi, basic cable, and landline phone access with privacy. Large, well-maintained outdoor spaces, including a fenced, safe, terrace/patio and garden.

Crossland has a 24/7 monitoring systems in place to provide peace of mind and insight to the residents and their families. This includes alerts if a resident gets out of bed, remote sound monitors, medication tracking and 24/7 on site caregivers.
1 to 2 caregivers live directly in the home at any point in time, with outside resident care management and caregivers hired to aid the live-in staff.
